In April 2018, I made a freedom of information request for all of the WSIB’s internal documents giving its decision-makers advice, guidance or direction about adjudicating claims under the new traumatic and chronic mental stress policies.

In May, the WSIB granted my request, and disclosed over 400 pages of documents.

You can read about my request, and the documents that the WSIB disclosed under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, on my blog, JustCompensation.ca.

And you can download a .zip file containing all of the documents for yourself, by clicking this link. (Note: it’s a 19 MB file that downloads automatically.)
